Entries must include Name, USCF ID (or new/pending), Schedule (2 day or 3 day) College and College location.

Incomplete entries will be charged at site entry fee of $69.

One ½ pt bye available, any round, if requested before rd. 2 and before any full point bye is awarded.

The tournament will be run under the USCF Rules of Chess, 5^th E.

NS, NC, W, rule variation 11H1. Because of the 30 second increment, notation is required for the whole game. A player may not stop when player's time is under 5 minutes. More rules here.

Individual Tiebreaks:  Modified Median, Median, Solkoff, Sonneborn-Berger, Cumulative.

Team Tiebreaks: Total individual medium, Total Solkoff, Total Sonnenborn-Berger, Total Cumulative.

Latest version of Swiss Sys will be used. Pairings created by this program are considered legal and may stand even if a pairing is not ideal. This is especially true if pairings have been posted. Current version is at 9.14

EF: $35 if postmarked by 10/10/15, $59 thereafter or on site. . Do not mail after 10/17 as your entry may not be received in time. Schedule: Reg: Fri 6:00 pm – 6:30 pm. Rds: Fri 6:45pm, Sat 9 am – 1:45pm, Sun. 9 am – 1:45 pm. Two 1/2 pt byes available as long as one of the byes is for round 1, else only one bye available.
