9 Round Schiller Invitational.

All nine rounds must be played. No exceptions.

Current FIDE Laws of Chess apply. Tournament is FIDE and US Chess rated.

Time Controls: Game/90 with 30 second increment. No additional time will be added after 40 moves.

All games will use the equipment provided. Players shall sign scoresheets and submit a copy after each game.

Default forfeiture time is 1 hour from scheduled start of the game unless Arbiter rules otherwise. The organizer requests that all players arrive on time for each round.

All electronic communication devices and Electronic Notation devices are not allowed in the tournament room. If any device other than clock makes a noise, then the player may lose the game. Devices may be checked in with an arbiter, but they must be powered off. The Arbiter is not responsible for lost or damaged devices.

Players must not agree to a draw before move 8.

One board per table.

No spectators allowed.
